By using UKFuelPrices.uk you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to hide anything.

1. What the service is

We publish fuel prices and statistics derived from the UK Government's Fuel Finder scheme, and provide tools that help you compare stations. The service is free to use.

2. Accuracy

Prices are reported by stations when they change. They can be delayed, mistyped or out of date. Our statistics are estimates, not guarantees, and the saving figures depend on your own vehicle and journey. Always check the price on the board before you fill up.

3. No advice

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or safety advice. HMRC and vehicle calculations are provided for guidance only.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links freely. You must not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the data or pages without our written permission;
• re-publish or resell the underlying dataset, or present it as your own;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent security measures on the service;
• use the service in a way that breaks any law.

5. Our content

The site design, text and derived statistics are ours. Government data remains Crown copyright and is used under the terms described on our data licence page. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify stations.

6. Third-party links

We link to mapping, government and partner services. We are not responsible for their content or availability. Any commercial partnership will be clearly disclosed.

7. Liability

We provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information, including a journey made to a station. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
